$21.00 per day for the first dog, discounted rates for more than 14 days
$25.00 per day for the first dog during peak season and 4-day holidays
$12.00 per day for each additional dog in the same kennel
$6.00 per day for more than 2 dogs in the same kennel

20% discount for any stay of 14 days or more,
(Not applied to other discounts unless special long term arrangements are made)

Feline
$12.00 per day for the first cat, discounted rates for more than 14 days
$14.00 per day for the first cat during peak season and 4-day holidays
$6.00 per day for each additional cat

Other Pets
Small animals such as Bunnies, Birds, etc.
Our cage or yours: $3 to $5 per day, per pet

Creekside’s Check-In Policies

Safety First!

All visitors are required to sign a release of liability
for tours beyond our office area.

Please bring proof of current vaccinations unless we already have it in our files. No animals are allowed on the property without vaccinations and/or a vet certificate. There must be 10 days between the vaccination date and the boarding date. There must be two weeks between any previous stay at an animal shelter.

We pride ourselves in safety and require that all animals be leashed or crated at check-in. Please allow our technicians to assist in the removal of any pet from your vehicle or crate.

All Liability Releases & Pet Information forms must be completed for each pet before check-in. If something is important to you and your pet…then it is very important to us.
We take your pet’s health and comfort as seriously as their safety. Any animal with fleas at check-in will be flea dipped at owner’s expense, ($25.00). It’s just the right thing to do.
Dangerous, poisonous, or sick animals will not be accepted. Medications that you supply can be administered as needed. Whenever possible, please put the correct dosage into pre-measured, clearly marked baggies. Add your pet’s name and instructions if possible.
Please label all personal items, we cannot be responsible if they are lost or damaged. Damage by any pet is the owner’s responsibility.

Nutro Max Weight Control
Kirkland Lamb Meal and Rice Buscuits
Kirkland canned Lamb and Rice or Chicken and Rice

For cats we feed Kirkland Super Premium (Low Magnesium)

Veterinarians state that a sudden change of diet is not recommended. For your pet’s physical and mental health, you are encouraged to bring their own brand of food pre-measured in Ziploc baggies. Their usual bed or a piece of your old clothing will also help them adjust.

Canine: DHLPP, Rabies, Bordetella (Yearly)
Feline: FVRCP, Rabies, Bordetella (Yearly)
Other: Veterinarian’s Certificate of Health/Clearance
