The Cattery (Kitty City?)

Yes, we have bird feeders right outside the windows :-)
Our cattery consists of 2 locked rooms with individual kitty condos, each with its own sand box
and feed dishes. For the social cats, we designated one room for group play. For the other room, we
let the cats have individual play times. Each room has various scratching posts, hanging toys, hidden
catnip, play mice, window ledges, swinging toys on stretchable string, and much more. Now if we could
only find them a maintenance free fish tank????

Kennel Dog Runs

Used only for night times and rainy days, they are spacious, (some are huge), and always disinfected
daily. Each dog has their own platform off the concrete and their own bedding and dog house. At “yappy hour”
they have their own feed & water bowls…also disinfected daily. Did we mention our fanatical flea control?
We don’t believe in fleas here!
(We have heated indoor sleeping quarters for the small, short coated, handicapped, and elderly dogs).

Play Yards

Over six feet high with concrete edges, we are pretty proud of the fun our dogs have in these play
yards! All dogs get a daily play yard, even if they have to have their own. They all must be spayed or
neutered to enjoy a group yard, and owner’s permission is required to be in any group. Evaluation by
our staff will determine which dogs should be grouped together. Most of the time we group dogs from the
same family in their own yard. Others may be grouped according to size, age, or energy level. It’s all
about safety and compatibility. Every play yard has shade and of course we clean them endlessly! Other
features include: toys, wading pools, and short obstacle climbing structures.

Grooming Quarters

The new grooming house is almost done and will feature different size bath tubs, grooming tables, dryers,
and only the healthiest good smelling stuff. We are still interviewing experienced, professional groomers,
so if you know some, send them our way.
